Delivery
Free shipping anywhere in the UK within 3-5 working days. Shipping costs of 10 GPD for orders under 90 GPD.

Test at home
You may test your Kringla at home on a clean surface and return it free of charge if you are not satisfied.

Warranty
All our products have one year warranty covering manufacturing faults.

Payment
Card payment - Pay with VISA or MasterCard. No fees.

Prices
All prices in the shop are including VAT.

Return Policy
Free shipping and free returns on all bikes in the UK. You as a customer have 14 days after receiving the goods to change your mind. The merchandise must be sent within that time for it to be valid. To return the product contact Kringla via e-mail directly and we will help you with how you proceed. The merchandise must be returned in the original packing and with the same transport company as it was sent with.

Complaints
If you want to complain about a product for manufacturing defects contact Kringla via email and we'll help you.
If the package looks damaged when delivered open it and make sure everything is intact. If not intact make a complaint to the driver.
